Bernadine provides expert leadership in governance and regulatory oversight, strengthening transparency, accountability, and sustainable organisational outcomes across TADWA.

She specialises in identifying governance gaps and opportunities, with extensive experience across regulatory compliance strategies, policy development, governance frameworks, complaint management, and risk management. Bernadine has successfully managed multiple government enquiries and brings strong capability in navigating large, complex regulatory environments.

Bernadine holds a PhD in Criminal Justice from Edith Cowan University, where her research examined the factors influencing the effectiveness of integrity agencies. Her work highlighted the critical role of innovation, strong stakeholder relationships, and organisational legitimacy in building public trust and sustaining performance.

Her expertise in governance and integrity provides TADWA with valuable insight to strengthen accountable, transparent practices and support the organisation’s vision of people living life their way.

Shayne brings more than 40 years of public sector experience, supporting strong governance, quality systems, and integrity across complex organisational environments.

His career spans senior governance, integrity, and investigative roles across the Commonwealth, New South Wales, and Western Australian public sectors. For the past five years, Shayne has served as a Director at the Small Business Development Corporation, where he played a key leadership role during the pandemic, overseeing the distribution of more than $350 million in grants to support small businesses across Western Australia.

In addition to his professional experience, Shayne has a strong commitment to community service through long-standing involvement with Rotary, service as a Justice of the Peace, and his role as an Officer with the Navy Cadets. He holds a Master of Security Management and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management.

Lina brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across finance, governance, and digital transformation, supporting strong financial stewardship and organisational innovation.

She has held a range of Director-level and Chief Financial Officer roles across public sector and commercial environments, providing strategic leadership in financial management, governance, and complex negotiations. Her experience includes leading organisational reform initiatives and driving innovation across ICT and human resources functions.

Lina has overseen combined corporate portfolios encompassing finance, ICT, and governance, with a strong focus on strategy development and change management. She is currently leading a complex digital transformation program to integrate laboratory information systems and strengthen organisational digital capability.

Tasin brings more than 16 years of experience across the not-for-profit and government sectors, supporting strong financial oversight, audit, and risk governance within human services organisations.

His career spans child protection, aged care, and disability services, with expertise in operations, business development, and strategic planning. Tasin has a strong focus on delivering sustainable, high-impact outcomes for individuals and communities and currently serves as Director of Client Services at a not-for-profit organisation.

Tasin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Health Leadership and Management and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Western Australia. He also holds diplomas in Community Welfare and Human Resource Management, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development and effective leadership in the human services sector.

Terry brings extensive construction experience, strong industry insight, and deep regulatory knowledge to TADWA’s governance.

A registered builder, Terry has supervised the construction of more than 30,000 homes over the course of his career. As Group Building Manager for the JWH Group, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building function, including construction, estimating, scheduling, and materials procurement.

Terry represents industry interests on several key committees, including the Housing Industry Association IR Legal Committee and Technical Committee. He also maintains close liaison with statutory bodies such as Standards Australia and the Builders Registration Board, contributing valuable expertise in compliance, quality, and industry best practice.

Correne brings a strong occupational therapy background and senior leadership experience to TADWA’s governance, supporting equity, quality, and effective decision-making.

With a clinical foundation as an Occupational Therapist, Correne has held health leadership roles across the public and private sectors, predominantly within mental health. Her experience spans strategic leadership, service development, and system-level improvement across complex environments.

Correne holds a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) and a Graduate Certificate in Operational Excellence and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration. In her senior public sector role, she is responsible for strategic direction, corporate governance, organisational culture, stakeholder engagement, and policy and legislative reform.

Ed brings more than 30 years of experience in the mining sector, combining strategic leadership, ESG expertise, and operational excellence within complex organisational environments.

He currently manages a mining division for a global engineering consultancy and has worked across engineering consultancies, mining companies, and government agencies throughout Australasia and Africa. His experience includes setting strategic direction, building high-performing teams, and developing strong, long-term client relationships.

Ed is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety. He is a pragmatic, solutions-focused leader with expertise in growth, strategy, organisational culture, ESG, and financial performance.

Dr. Gill Walker brings more than 30 years of health sector experience, combining deep clinical expertise with senior executive leadership across public, private, and not-for-profit health care. Her leadership is grounded in strong governance, strategic collaboration, and a clear focus on sustainable growth and innovation.

With a nursing background, a Master of Public Health, and a Professional Doctorate in Health and Social Sciences, Dr. Walker is committed to creating empowering, high-performing environments for teams and ensuring services deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for the communities they serve.

As Chief Executive Officer of TADWA, Dr. Walker provides visionary leadership to guide the organisation through its next phase of growth, strengthening service delivery, driving innovation, and expanding TADWA’s impact across Western Australia.

Jayson provides strategic operational leadership across TADWA, strengthening efficiency, continuous improvement, and responsive service delivery to meet the evolving needs of the Western Australian community.

With 26 years’ experience across the disability and aged care sectors, Jayson brings a strong, practical understanding of service delivery, workforce leadership, and operational systems. His background includes teaching, service coordination, and strategic leadership, as well as eight years as a Disability Services Commission Local Area Coordinator and experience in financial planning within retirement services.

As Executive Lead, Operations, Jayson provides organisation-wide direction, focusing on optimising systems and processes, supporting teams to deliver high-quality services, and ensuring TADWA remains responsive, efficient, and well positioned for sustainable growth.

Tanya provides strategic leadership across occupational therapy and consultancy services, including NDIS, GEAT, and aged care, drawing on her clinical expertise to strengthen service quality, professional capability, and sustainable growth.

A qualified Occupational Therapist with over 15 years’ experience, Tanya has primarily supported adults through equipment provision and home modifications. At TADWA, she has developed deep expertise in complex service delivery within the NDIS and active ageing environments, contributing to the organisation’s strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred outcomes.

As Executive Lead, Occupational Therapy & Consultancy, Tanya focuses on mentoring and developing therapists, driving professional excellence, and ensuring services are delivered consistently to a high standard. Her leadership ensures TADWA remains well positioned to respond to evolving community needs while maintaining clinical excellence across all occupational therapy services.

Richard provides strategic leadership across TADWA’s corporate functions, strengthening governance, operational performance, and organisational capability to support sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.

With more than 20 years’ experience in strategic business development, business process analysis, and innovation across disability and mental health services, Richard brings a strong systems-focused approach to leadership. His background spans community development, project management, and change management, enabling him to lead complex organisational initiatives with clarity and purpose.

As Executive Lead, Corporate Services, Richard is responsible for driving continuous improvement, embedding robust governance frameworks, and ensuring corporate functions operate effectively to enable TADWA’s teams to deliver outcomes aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.
