TADWA’s people bring together clinical, technical, and operational expertise, working as one team to deliver practical, person-centred solutions.

This includes Occupational Therapists – TADWA’s allied health professionals – who provide assessment, advice, and therapy; skilled technicians who deliver home modifications and bathroom upgrades under TADWA’s registration as a builder; a specialist computer technology support team that refurbishes devices and provides practical technology support; and a dedicated internal team that supports the organisation across customer engagement, operations, technology, finance, and governance.

Together, TADWA’s people combine professional knowledge with a strong understanding of individual needs, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality services that are respectful, responsive, and focused on real-world outcomes.

Bernadine provides expert leadership in governance and regulatory oversight, strengthening transparency, accountability, and sustainable organisational outcomes across TADWA.

She specialises in identifying governance gaps and opportunities, with extensive experience across regulatory compliance strategies, policy development, governance frameworks, complaint management, and risk management. Bernadine has successfully managed multiple government enquiries and brings strong capability in navigating large, complex regulatory environments.

Bernadine holds a PhD in Criminal Justice from Edith Cowan University, where her research examined the factors influencing the effectiveness of integrity agencies. Her work highlighted the critical role of innovation, strong stakeholder relationships, and organisational legitimacy in building public trust and sustaining performance.

Her expertise in governance and integrity provides TADWA with valuable insight to strengthen accountable, transparent practices and support the organisation’s vision of people living life their way.

Shayne brings more than 40 years of public sector experience, supporting strong governance, quality systems, and integrity across complex organisational environments.

His career spans senior governance, integrity, and investigative roles across the Commonwealth, New South Wales, and Western Australian public sectors. For the past five years, Shayne has served as a Director at the Small Business Development Corporation, where he played a key leadership role during the pandemic, overseeing the distribution of more than $350 million in grants to support small businesses across Western Australia.

In addition to his professional experience, Shayne has a strong commitment to community service through long-standing involvement with Rotary, service as a Justice of the Peace, and his role as an Officer with the Navy Cadets. He holds a Master of Security Management and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management.

She has held a range of Director-level and Chief Financial Officer roles across public sector and commercial environments, providing strategic leadership in financial management, governance, and complex negotiations. Her experience includes leading organisational reform initiatives and driving innovation across ICT and human resources functions.

Lina has overseen combined corporate portfolios encompassing finance, ICT, and governance, with a strong focus on strategy development and change management. She is currently leading a complex digital transformation program to integrate laboratory information systems and strengthen organisational digital capability.

Tasin brings more than 16 years of experience across the not-for-profit and government sectors, supporting strong financial oversight, audit, and risk governance within human services organisations.

His career spans child protection, aged care, and disability services, with expertise in operations, business development, and strategic planning. Tasin has a strong focus on delivering sustainable, high-impact outcomes for individuals and communities and currently serves as Director of Client Services at a not-for-profit organisation.

Tasin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Health Leadership and Management and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Western Australia. He also holds diplomas in Community Welfare and Human Resource Management, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development and effective leadership in the human services sector.

Terry brings extensive construction experience, strong industry insight, and deep regulatory knowledge to TADWA’s governance.

A registered builder, Terry has supervised the construction of more than 30,000 homes over the course of his career. As Group Building Manager for the JWH Group, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building function, including construction, estimating, scheduling, and materials procurement.

Terry represents industry interests on several key committees, including the Housing Industry Association IR Legal Committee and Technical Committee. He also maintains close liaison with statutory bodies such as Standards Australia and the Builders Registration Board, contributing valuable expertise in compliance, quality, and industry best practice.

With a clinical foundation as an Occupational Therapist, Correne has held health leadership roles across the public and private sectors, predominantly within mental health. Her experience spans strategic leadership, service development, and system-level improvement across complex environments.

Correne holds a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) and a Graduate Certificate in Operational Excellence and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration. In her senior public sector role, she is responsible for strategic direction, corporate governance, organisational culture, stakeholder engagement, and policy and legislative reform.
