Common questions

Who can make a referral for Occupational Therapy under the NDIS?

Anyone can make a referral, including participants, family members, Support Coordinators, or other health professionals. The participant must provide consent.

How much does an assessment cost?

We follow NDIS pricing arrangements and charge the standard Occupational Therapy rate for your region. As each referral is different, our team will contact you to confirm what is needed before issuing a Service Agreement with recommended hours.

I live in a rental or public housing, can I still get home modifications?

We work with your landlord or housing authority to ensure the right supports are in place so you can remain safe and independent at home.

Can you work with my existing support team?

Yes. We collaborate closely with Support Coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, builders, and suppliers to ensure recommendations are practical, coordinated, and ready for NDIS approval.

Where do you provide assessments?

Across Perth Metro and the South West region, with services into the Wheatbelt and Great Southern where demand allows.
