Support at Home OT Services
Our experienced Occupational Therapists work with you under Support at Home funding to assess, prescribe, and recommend home adjustments and equipment that support your safety, comfort, and independence at home and in the community.
About this service
Our Occupational Therapy services focus on what matters most to you and what may be getting in the way of daily life. Your OT can visit you at home and, where needed, meet you at a nearby supplier showroom to trial equipment and support informed decisions.
Service Details:
- In-home Occupational Therapy assessment focused on your goals, routines, comfort, and safety.
- Assessment of mobility, transfers, bathroom and kitchen use, and movement around your home.
- Identification of safety risks such as trip hazards, poor lighting, or access issues.
