TADWA has proudly served the Western Australian community as a not-for-profit, charitable organisation for 40 years. We are dedicated to supporting seniors in maintaining their independence and well-being as they age. We also empower people living with disabilities to live independently and enhance their quality of life. As both a My Aged Care provider and a registered NDIS provider, we are committed to delivering tailored, innovative solutions that promote independence, safety, and social inclusion.

At TADWA, we are dedicated to creating tailored solutions when existing options fall short. We collaborate closely with individuals, families, and carers, offering advice, education, and support throughout the process. Each solution is designed to be effective and meaningful, whether for seniors or people living with disabilities.
Our People
Our people are the brain, hands and heart of TADWA.
TADWA is driven forward by a diverse team of over 90 full time staff, part time and volunteers - all with a passion to improve the lives of the people we serve. Our Occupational Therapists are at the centre of our customers' journey with us, working closely with teams of skilled technicians including plumbers, tilers, welders, carpenters, pavers, electronics, robotics and installers.
