TADWA began in 1984, founded by a group of volunteers who developed modified telephone equipment for a person with disability. More than forty years later, providing accessible communication technology remains a core part of our mission.

This is where we can help. Our Technology and Computer Support team aims to take the hassle out of technology. We specialise in helping older people and people with disability learn how to use technology so the ability to connect is at their fingertips. Unlike retail shops, we are not salespeople. We are technology experts who care. You won’t be rushed or given the wrong advice.

TADWA offers a range of high-quality refurbished desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to help you stay connected with loved ones, learn new skills, and explore new opportunities. These ex-corporate devices are generously donated through our Community Reuse & Recycling Program.

Each device is professionally refurbished: data is securely wiped, hardware is cleaned and tested, and a fresh installation of Windows and essential support software is included. You’ll receive a device that’s safe, reliable, and ready to use. Remote assistance software is also available to support you alongside our phone-based help services.
