Our Support Agreement is available for people who purchase a refurbished computer or device from TADWA or for people who are struggling with their own equipment.
Our Support Agreement includes:
- Help Desk – Monday – Friday
- Support with technology
- Virus repairs and help with scams
- Internet setup and getting connected
- Advice and recommendations on technology
